MDI Problems using Skins

   We have added the following line to the beginning of our application:

XTPSkinManager()->LoadSkin(_T("Office2007.cjstyles"));

This allows us to have a nice skin.  We also apply user selectable themes on top of the skin.  

The problem is that the OnCreate method of our child MDI windows is not called now and thus we are not given the opportunity to create toolbars, etc...
