Yes you can, the easiest way would be if you move all your controls on your form into another container such as a picture box , resize the picture box according to the position of your logo which might be in another picture box or just straight on the form.
Another Approach, use docking panes, which the logo's docking pane's options are set to no borders, no captions, not pin-able. |
