Transparency color in menu icons

   Hi all,
Is there a way to change the default transparency color in the menu icons (and
therefore the toolbar icons?) from the default:const CXTColorRef CXTColorRef::GRAY_75(192, 192, 192); 
to a different color?
I have a bunch of graphics already made that use that color extensively.
