How do I put old CDialogBars in Panes

   I am a brand new user, trying to convert my MFC/Stingray project to Xtreme.  I used a number of CDialogBar-derived classes before, and now I want to put them on panes.  I can't find good examples for this, and can't get it to work?
Can anyone give me some tips?
