I couldn't display the menu using the commandbars in powerbuilder 10.5 application! my scripts is as below:
CommandBars.object.ActiveMenuBar.Controls.Add(2, 0, "&File", -1, False) CommandBars is the name of the ole object.

Hello There,
I understand that you need to attach the control to the its host.
You need to put that line after/before using commandbar:
CommandBars.AttachToWindow(Handle(Parent Window))
