Moving Mouse rises the CPU usage to 60%

This is hard to believe but true.

I have an application with CXTPTabClientWnd (OneNote style) MDI windows.

Just moving the mouse continuously over the window rises the CPU usage to 60% and sometimes more. The moment I stop moving the mouse, the CPU usage goes down to 0%.

Some of my customers have uninstallted the app due to this problem.

Tring to reproduce:

Run GUI_OnNote, Open 4 tabs and Move mouse over Tabs.

Maiximum 13-20% fof CPU.
