TrackPopupMenu crashes in an UI thread

Hello,

I have created another UI thread where in I create a modeless dialog box. 

On right click on the dialog box (WM_RBUTTONUP) I call

CXTPCommandBars::TrackPopupMenu(...)

The program crashes.

In the main thread (mainframe) I use a theme which I want use in this UI thread also.

Please let me know what the problem is. What is the way out?
