IntelliSense not working in Samples

   I tried PaneSample, DynamicPanes, GUI_OneNote and others, but I couldn't get IntelliSense working reliably.
Actually it works with some files, but not with others. For example in DynamicPanes/MainFrm.cpp going to the definition of CXTPDockingPaneManager fails, but in DynamicPanes/SimpleListView.h going to the definition of CXTPBufferDC works fine.
I am using a freshly installed Visual Studio .NET 2003. Any hint would be appreciated.
UPDATE: I simply put the Xtreme Toolkit Pro project into my solution as suggested for Visual C++ 6 in your Xtreme Tookit FAQ. That does it. I still can't debug the Toolkit Pro sources though.
