Licensing error

   Hi
We have been using SkinFramework for many years but one of our machines is now getting a licensing error when trying to use SF in the VB6 design environment.  The error is "License information for this component not found.  You do not have an appropriate license to use this functionality in the design environment".
Nothing has changed on this machine that we are aware of other than the application source has not been accessed for about 6 months.
I have tried reregistering then tried reinstalling and still get the same error.  The LIC file is in the same directory as the OCX.  I am at a loss as to what has happened.  

We are using Skin Framework 15.3.1.

Can anyone suggest anything else to try?  Thanks.
