SkinBuilder does not build

   I have some very fundamental issues with skin builder. Must be something simple I don't understand but I can't figure it out :(
For example I can't make it change text color in list boxes or edit controls. Here are steps I do:
1. Start Skin Builder and create a new project selecting 'New Project' in the 'New Project Wizard'
2. Click on the 'List Box' item in the Schema panel
3. Add property TextColor in the Properties panel and set it to red color

At this point I expect text in the ListBox control in the Skin Builder Preview change to red but it does not.

Similarly if I set TextColor of the 'Edit' the text color in of edit controls in the preview does not change.
Push Button doesn't want to show changed text color either and so on...

What do I do wrong?
