Hello,

I'm getting crash reports with XTP v17 (the final release version) that I can't quite seem to figure out. They all appear to be coming from Windows XP (x86) users and always occur during during application exit.

I believe the problem may be related to my use of the Office 2013 (markup-based) themes, as I never saw this problem when using the Office 2010 themes.

Here's a stack trace:

> ntdll.dll!_RtlpWaitForCriticalSection@4() Unknown

ntdll.dll!_KiUserCallbackDispatcher@12() Unknown

FolderSizes.exe!exit(int return_code) Line 282 C++
FolderSizes.exe!__scrt_common_main_seh() Line 275 C++
kernel32.dll!7c816037() Unknown
[Frames below may be incorrect and/or missing, no symbols loaded for kernel32.dll]

This is fairly urgent for me, so if anyone has any ideas I'd appreciate hearing them.

Regards,

Mark R.

Are the XP machines all Service Pack 3 or does it seem to matter?

Hope you get it straightened out.

As far as I can tell, it doesn't seem to matter. I've created several virtual machines with XP installations at various service pack levels, and I can only reproduce the crash sporadically on a couple of them.

I believe this problem is resolved.

I had mistakenly linked with the XTP 17 RC build instead of the final release. After re-building with the final release, I'm not getting these crash reports any longer. So it looks like the folks at CodeJock fixed something along the way.
