Set non workable days on calendar views

   Hello

Is there any way to set non workable days on the calendar views?
I need to set a day (or a range of hours in a day) on the calendar view where users can't add any events (for example, for holidays, so no user can add an event on a holiday)

Has anyone done anything similar?
