Change LaunchPadItem Text Color

   I have Launchpad with Launchpaditem. By default the launch page shows in black color with Item Text is Gray and it works fine.

Our customer requested to have a custom color, If I change the background through stylesheet custom color then the Lauchpad item text color is totally grayed out and not visible.

Please help us how to change the LauchpadItem Text Color.
