Ribbon: Loading backstage views on demand

   Hello!
I don't want the backstage views (or tabs) to be created (and opened) when initializing my ribbon.
This should be done when clicking the corresponding link.
How can I achieve this?
Please help!

This is how one view ist created at the beginning of my application:

    if(m_pViewBackstagePageInfo == NULL)
        m_pViewBackstagePageInfo = new CUIBackstagePageInfo();
    ASSERT(m_pViewBackstagePageInfo);
    if(!m_pViewBackstagePageInfo->GetSafeHwnd())
        m_pViewBackstagePageInfo->Create(CUIBackstagePageInfo::IDD, this);
    pTab = pView->AddTab(m_pViewBackstagePageInfo, RB_TAB_BACKSTAGE_INFO);
    pTab->SetFlags(xtpFlagManualUpdate);
