Scroll bar in CXTPTaskPanel

   Hello!
A scroll bar isn't indicated when CXTPTaskPanel is used in DockingPane.

A Toolbox sample is being used with splitterwnd it can be indicated without problem. 

Use CXTPTaskPanel in DockingPane, how to indicate a scroll bar.

	As you can check GUI_Whidbey sample there is no problem with CXTPTaskPanel in DockingPane. It is something in your code. You can attach your non working sample here and I will try to find problem.
