Different tooltip style in header and in report

   I call GetToolTipContext()->SetStyle(xtpToolTipStandard); which gives me a me a standard 3D light gray faded tooltip in the header of the report when the columns are too narrow to show the entire caption. But when I go down in my report I get the old Windows yellow tooltip ?

How do I set the tooltip look to be the same for the header part and contents part of the report ?
