V15.0.1 BUG on CXTPResizeDialog

   I recompile my application that use CXTResizeDialog and CXTResizeFormview with the version 15.0.1 library, when the screen is resize all activex inside the screen like MsflxGrid.ocx do not resize at all, and all of this work fine with all the last librairies version.
