Problem With Disabled Icons

   I'm using cold, hot and disabled icons on a toolbar.  The cold and hot versions are working fine, but the disabled version of the icon doesn't look anything like the bitmap.  Instead of just the specific lines used to draw a large circle being greyed out, the entire circle is greyed out.  Any idea why this is happening?
