Is "Backstage" menu possible???

   Hello everyone!

I just recently began using office 2010 from Microsoft and remembered that we have the office 2010 white skin but I was also wondering if it were possible to get the same style file menu found in the 2010 release of MS office? It's referred to as the "backstage" view.

If it isn't possible to achieve this, could we please have it in the next release??
