Hi All,

I've tried the MDI example in VB and all works fine.

I'm now trying to convert this code to work in Clarion but am having trouble.  The main problem (I think) is the 'ShowTabWorkspace' method is not returning any object.

All of the other bars and controls etc seem to work fine, so I'm just wondering if I've missed a step.  Can anybody explain what the minimum steps are to succesfully get a CommandBar and TabWorkspace working in an app?

Thanks in advance,

Andy

We never tested it with Clarion...
Try manually set handle of MDI Client with SetMDIClient method.

Hey Andy,

I tried using the SetMDIClient with...

0{Prop:Handle}                      Returns Null for the Workspace handle
AppFrame(Prop:Handle}         GPF

Note that the App Frame does not have a Toolbar and Hiding the Menubar changes nothing.

The GPF reminds me of the "using the SkinFrameWork and a active CW Toolbar" GPF.
