Compare VB6 to VB.net

I have many apps written over the years in VB6 and using ActiveX components.

I am worried that if I change to VB.net I will lose some of the features and ActiveX stuff.

Are there benefits of changing to VB.net?  Have you looked at this problem.  Do you use VB.net with CJ controls?
