CXTPReportView flicker

   Hello,
I have several CXTPReportView(s) as MDI child windows with the CXTPTabClientWnd "connecting" them. When I switch from one to another, I see heavy flickering in the area where it says "Drag a column here to group by that column", but the headers and data in the view do not flicker - it's only this part.
Any ideas?
