What is the most efficient way to create all the groups, buttons and controls for a ribbon bar application? It can't be by typing all that in code! I noticed you can xml load/save....and we have the customize dialog. But even with xml there is the problem, "what came first, the chicken or the egg?". I am thinking of creating a "Developer" ribbon group (inside #ifdef DEBUG) with some controls to customize, load, save xml command bars, etc and other commands that would be useful. What's the easiest way to get all those commands and icons into the app and available to the "customize ribbon bar" dialog?

If you don't like to code them just use the Commandbars\Ribbon designer that came with the toolkit.
