Possible ribbon bug

   XTP 13.
I have an "Options" menu, just like the samples. In one of my ribbon buttons I have a CXTPCustomControl (with a CDateTimeCtrl). Now I do the following:

1) I click "Options". The popup menu is displayed...
2) Then I click on my date-control.

The popup menu is not dismissed...

May I remind you that a XTP-date ribbon control is really needed? I'm only having problems with custom thingy...
