I have a class derived from CXTListCtrl and want to be able to access the function ShowShellContextMenu() defined in XTShellListBase.  How is that done?  Also, is there a way to exclude some menu items such as Cut and Copy from the resulting displayed menu?

Thats a shame.  However I found code on codeproject that works well with CXTListCtrl and it allows me to exclude selected menu items which I don't think is possible with codejock code.
