Cmdbar on window docked using dockpanemgr

   I'd like to place commandbar on window which is docked using dockingpanemanager.
How to access this cmdbar using ALT key?
If I place cmdbar to the main window, I can access this cmdbar using ALT key from any child window docked using panemgr.

	I believe that only the COmmandBar placed on the main form accepts hotkeys. There have been many complaint about this behavior in the past.
