Minor problem w/syntax coloring

   If a keyword is defined as bold (txt:Bold = 1), the text width isn't calculated correctly and the last pixel or two on the right is truncated.  Turning off the bold, or incrementing the size slightly in CXTPSyntaxEditDrawTextProcess::DrawRowPart solves the problem.
