Missing date range in print header

   Running Calendar Control v11.1.3.  I'm not doing any customization of date headers, so just using whatever the defaults are.  When I print daily, work week, or monthly views, the date range is included on the left-hand side of the gray header area.

But on the week view, there is no date range printed - the left-hand portion of the gray header is simply blank.  Does anyone know why this is happening and how I might fix it?
