XTP 12.0.1.
wndReport.GetToolTipContext()->SetStyle(xtpToolTipMarkup);
wndReport.GetToolTipContext()->SetDelayTime(TTDT_INITIAL, 900); Then in my records, I set the tooltip:
SetToolTip(
"<Border Padding='4' BorderThickness='1' BorderBrush='#767676' Background='#e4ecf7'>" ...
And the resulting tooltip gets this ugly border:
