11.2 Scroll Bar Bug, see below image, notice the horizontal scroll bar does not have the correct theme ??? This is after a fresh install of 11.2 ??? with 11.1.3 fully uninstalled (happened on 11.1.3 also), this happens for the Blue theme (as the horizontal scroll bar is grey instead of blue) :(
Any ideas, as to why thsi is happening, much appreciated
