Form Icon Loses Definition - even in the CJ Sample

Has anyone noticed that when using the command bar (as a ribbon) that the icon at the top left of the form loses definition when full screen. If you reduce the size of the screen such that the ribbon auto hides then the icon suddenly pops into the correct definition.

The above is true on the latest VB6 ribbon sample supplied by codejock. I raised a support incident some time ago about this but have had no response.
