Is it possible to change the font on the menu bar, also is it possible to adjust the spacing on each menu item (e.g the width of the File Menu)?

1. You can only to change font of all toolbars/menu bar: ICommandBarsOptions.Font property 2. No, but you can write it as (" File ") |

There is no font propery assocaited with CommandBarsOptions, is it somewhere else?

It means that you have old version (guess before 9.70) No other ideas.
