i have read a few post and found out that only via code you can lock the "menubar". what i dont understand is that while in designer mode i can set it to be lock but when i load it into vb.net 2003 it does not work, is using code the only way? and when i lock the menubar the dots still exist, is it possible to remove it? if possible how do i do it and make it look something like this
and one final thing, once i design the menubar and load it, and the build it nothing appears, like the first picture, why? |
