Exchange picture on button with Listview icon

Hi there, 
we created a xcb-file to load a Ribbonbar and created a form on which we are using a couple of pushbuttons and a listview.

We have two problems:

1. We want to display some icons from the xcb-file in the listview.
2. When clicking an item in the listview control, we want this icon to be displayed on a pushbutton.

I can load an external bmp-file in the listview and load this picture on the pushbutton as well, but I need it to be an icon which comes along with the xcb-file.

All help is appreciated!
