embed 3rd party skin file to exe

   Hi, I'd like to include skin files to my .exe.

It's simple if there is a .rc file which codejock provided.

Is it possible to embed it as a resource file while I don't have any .ini nor .rc but just .cjstyle? How can I do that, if there is a way?
