Hello,
This is a redo a a post I put in the general discussion. Sorry about that.
I am trying to make the tabs on the docking pane invisible. I want my user to have to use the shortcut bar to select a pane.
I have seen the tabcontrolitem in the help file.
could someone give me a little tutorial on the TabControlItem in the DockingPaneManager.
Tom

Hello,
There is no method to hide tabs. Instead you can close panes and show them again when you need -
Pane.Closed = True ; Pane.Closed = False
