#include "SkinFramework\Styles\Vista\Vista.rc"
error RC2151 : cannot reuse string constants, 5000(0x1388) - "Office 2007 Style" already defined. Cannot add 5000(0x1388) - "Windows Vista Style".

You can open Vista.rc and remove this string declaration.

I suggest you guard this string in all skin resources:
#ifndef _XTP_NO_SKIN_TITLE
STRINGTABLE DISCARDABLE BEGIN 5000 "Windows Vista Style" END #endif ...
#ifndef _XTP_NO_SKIN_TITLE
STRINGTABLE DISCARDABLE BEGIN 5000 "Office 2007 Style" END #endif a.s.o
