Is there any way to Disable a ribbonbar tab which, in turn, disables all ribbonbar buttons within that tab? I'm using 10.1.1 with VB6
Created tab like so: Set RibbonBar = CommandBars.AddRibbonBar("MainRibbon") RibbonBar.EnableDocking xtpFlagStretched Set tabHome = RibbonBar.InsertTab(1000, "Home") Try to disable tab like so: CommandBars.FindControl(,1000,,True).Enabled = False But it won't find the tab. Surely I'm just missing something. Thanks! |

Use Update event to Enable/Diasable controls.

I Know to use the update event but the line:
CommandBars.FindControl(,1000,,True).Enabled = False isn't even finding the ribbontab. That's the problem. |

Hello, RibbonTab is not control object. Use RibbonBar.Tab(Index) property. |
