Desktop Flicker

   Hello, I recently purchased the Xtreme Toolkit Pro for MFC and I am using the Report Control in a small project. When I edit an item in the Report Control and try to resize the headers while the item has focus, I experience a slight flicker of the entire desktop each time. I am using Windows XP SP3 with the newest version of XTP.

I really want to use this control can someone please help?
