Date/Time picker control not skinned

   Date/Time picker controls (microsoft common controls 6 and 3rd party controls subclassing windows common control) are not skinned (version 10.2). Microsoft ocx is partially/wrong skinned 
and 3rd party ocx's are not skinned at all (I'm actually more interested in particular 3rd party DTP control and its skinning possibilities). The control I'm using is subclassed windows common control that displays nicely as "themed" on XP with themes (without skinning).
Any information/comment on this ? Thanks
