   Could you make CXTPTabManagerItem destructor virtual.

Also, adding more virtual functions would be nice (like OnBeforeRemove/OnRemoving), and making some of the existing ones virtual. Right now there isn't too much re-usability @ this class, if you want some complex things, you have to do it from its container class (CXTPTabManager)
