Sorry ReadOnly can be only CXTPControlEdit.

But in VisualStudio 2005 in ToolBar where I choose DebugMode, I can't edit text in this ComboBox....

Hi,
oh. you mean Combo without Edit part...
Actually Combo don't have edit by default. don't call SetDropDownListStyle method.
