When using skins on Vista, some system dialogs (notably File Open/Save) appear strange. What is the best way to get these to look better?

With skin not applied to frame (Vista.cjstyles):




With skin applied to frame:
Product: Xtreme Toolkit Pro version 13.2 (Unicode, static build)

Platform: Windows 200x/XP/Vista/Win7 (32/64 bit)

Language: Visual C++ 9.0 (Studio 2008)

Afraid now only one solution - use classic Open dialogs instead of Vista's. :-(
