CommandBarComboBox cannot have EditHint text value

Message Topic Search Topic Options Post Reply Create New Topic Printable Version Translate Topic

   While playing w/ CommandBarComboBox.EditHint on both 10.4.1 (Full) and 11.1.3 (Eval), I notice that .Text reverts to "" and the text greys out when the user input matches the .EditHint - however, the user can still edit the string.  Is this as intended?
