command bars not showing

   We have posted the code for the IconsSample in our code. We would like to build the control pro grammatically rather than use the designer. We get the toolbar but no icons (controls). What are the more common mistakes? As well, from what we can gather, you cant use the designer to create a ribbonBar. Is there a way we can use the designer as we like the WYSIWYG.

	Hard to say without seeing your code. Maybe you didn't set the imagemanager to the commandbars? Maybe the id for the icons is different than that one given in code to the controls?
