Codejock icon appears in print preview

Hi,

The codejock icon appears when you print preview the calendar on the print preview form. This should not be the case. neither does the one for the report control preview look palatable. Got to fix this.

How can i add my own custom caption to the print preview form? is it possible?

Some fixes implemented for the next version:
 
PrintPreviewOptions.Title property added.
PrintPreview Icon is taken from top parent window.
