Chart MouseMove Event

   Hello. 
I want to use the OnMouseMove event.
There is an event in XTPChartControl but it can not be inherited.

Maindlg's OnMouseMove does not work when Mouse is located in CustomControl
I looked in the forum, but I can't find it.
Help me.

If Mouse is located in Chart's Point, I would like to get a value.
