Cannot change position of tabs in tabbed toolbar

   How do I change the position of the tabs in a tabbed toolbar. 

GetPaintManager()->SetPosition(position);

does not do anything. Also in your sample you have disabled the control for doing this. How do I fix this so that I can position the tabs where I want them to?
