Calendar Date Picker in Access

   I've been using MS Active X calendar in many Access applications but since it won't work in Access 64 bit I'm trying out CodeJock Calendar's DatePicker as a substitute.

I have a text box on
the continuous form footer that has the following expression in its control
source:

=0,7*WorkingDays(DateSerial(Year([Forms]![prev]![CGior]);Month([Forms]![prev]![CGior]);0);DateSerial(Year([Forms]![prev]![CGior]);Month([Forms]![prev]![CGior])+1;0))-Nz(DLookUp("CountofGiorno";"Query11");0)

Where CGior is the MS
Calendar name.

What would you use in
this case in place of

[Forms]![prev]![CGior])
?
