Something did get fixed since 9.51, and perhaps something new appeared…

 

Example PrintPreview.exe: Switch to the print preview mode, and then close it by pressing X button. The previous app menu is no longer available.

 

Example MSDI.exe: Constantly crushes on attempts to open new or closing windows.

 

Example Advanced.exe: Something weird happening with system menus. Run the app, select Print Preview, and then switch to the system menu of the main window. While in that system menu, press right arrow, it jumps to another system menu that got no window. Strange. Plus, panes in that mode do not appear correctly when in self-hiding mode, they appear underneath the client's gray area (preview container), see the screenshot below...

 

 

Running environment: Windows XP+SP2

Try deleting all the codejock demo registry keys. I had a similar problem where the new version was reading reg keys written by the old version and weird things were happening.
